Merlicon builds robots that can see, and systems that can learn. We have created brand positioning, persona development, and we have designed brand identity. The business plan was written that outlines ideas and strategies for launching, and managing Merlicon. Financial planning has been done and appropriate KPIs have been set to prepare Merlicon for the future. Investor and customer pitch were designed.

The most suitable facilitator for Merlicon was found and the application and acceptance process was carried out. Consultancy was provided for the startup visa process.
